But first, I’ll share a personal story with you.
About this time Six years ago, we got an offer to buy an acre of land (6 plots) in Epe for about 1million Naira (my father and I), but we refused (because we didn’t understand the development that had started in Epe at that time).
Fast forward to 2018, when I lost my father, someone else pitched the idea of investing in Epe (but I didn’t take that person serious).
In 2019, I decided to study the Epe real estate market and looked closely at the numbers well.
With my academic background as a real estate professional, the first step to take is to study a particular location and analyse if it’s worth investing in or not.
So off I went studying the market for about six months.
